Today I wake up at 6 a.m. and do my daily exercise. I hadn't had a habit of doing regular exercise but I felt I really need to do some exercise to lose fat and begin a more healthy life. So, I started to do exercise 2 weeks ago.
I follow a few youtube channels including Flow with Katie, Coffee Lam and Pamela Reif. I follow them to do workout and stretching. I'm not good at doing exercise and always feel exhausted during the workout. Sometimes, I even only can spend 20 minutes to do exercises a day. Yet, exercise boosts my energy, and sweating makes me feel comfortable as well. I even feel my sore muscles are relieved! I hope I can keep going on.
