What are the differences among hinder, impair and undermine?
Could you provide me with some practical examples as well?

hinder - to stop or slow down. The avalanche hindered the car from going forward
impair - to reduce. The darness impaired his vision
undermine - to deliberately sabotage, destroy, damage, or obstruct. Her constant talking undermined my concentration.
