What is the most important key of finishing one thing or getting success?diligence, efficiency, cleverness,etc...Different person has different answer. For me,I think patience is the key to climbing up to a mountain top.Once, there was a story said:Two men they were in a competition of planting trees. One man cut part of his tree and all the leaves and just watered it when the soil was dry.The other laughed at him because his tree looked just like a stick.Meanwhile, the other watered his tree every day and more and more leaves sprouted. One night, a storm was coming with a strong wind. The next day, the two men found the tree watered every day blown down and the "stick" was still standing there even had some new leaves. The man was so sad but he understood the roots of the tree should grew deeply and search for water on their own."We need to be patient."the man said. This is a great story. From that story I realized that our kid are just like the trees. At most time, we ask them to learn more and more knowledges at very young ages and never care how much they could absorb and how tired they feel. The kids don't know what their goal is and how to achieve it bacause everything is in their parents' schedule. They are eager to get independence and confidence, they just want their parents to stand by and courage them and let them run by themselves. The only wish they want to tell their parents is to trust me I can do my best and when I grow up you will be proud of me and you are my best friends. To be patient every adult.Your kids just like the little trees, all of what they really want are beautiful sunshine, fresh air and suitable "water", leave the left things to time.Time will give your a perfect result.

What is the most important key of finishing something or being successful? Diligence, efficiency, cleverness, etc... Different people have different answers. As for me, I think patience is the key to climbing up a mountain and reach the top. There was a story of two men who were in a competition for planting trees. One man cut a part of his tree as well as all the leaves and just watered it when the soil was dry. The other laughed at him because his tree looked just like a stick. Meanwhile, the other watered his tree every day and more and more leaves sprouted / started to sprout. One night, a storm came with a strong wind. The next day, the two men found that the tree which was watered every day was blown down and the "stick" was still standing there and even had some new leaves. The man was so sad but he understood that the roots of the tree should grew deep in the ground to get water. "We need to be patient." the man said. This is a great story. From that story, I realized that our kids are just like the trees. Most of the time, we ask them to learn more and more at a very young age and never cared about how much they could absorb and how tired they felt. The kids don't know what their goal is and how to achieve it because everything is dictated by their parents' schedule. They are eager to get independent and confident, they just want their parents to stand by them, to encourage them and let them live by themselves. The only thing they want to tell their parents is: "trust me, I can do my best and when I grow up, you will be proud of me and you'll be my best friends.". Every adult needs to be patient. Your kids are just like the little trees, all they really want is a beautiful sunshine, a breath of fresh air and suitable "water", leave the rest up to time. Time will give you perfect results.
Good work.

What is the most important in completing /finishing something or getting /achieving success? : diligence, efficiency, cleverness,etc... Each person has a different answer. (For me,) I think patience is the key to climbing up to /reaching a mountain top. There was a story that went like this. Two men were in a competition planting trees. One man cut part of his tree and all the leaves, and just watered it when the soil was dry. The other laughed at him because his tree looked just like a stick. Meanwhile, the other watered his tree every day, and more and more leaves sprouted. One night, a storm came, with a strong wind. The next day, the two men found the tree watered every day had blown down, and the "stick" was still standing there, and even had some new leaves. The man was so sad but he understood that the roots of the tree should grow deep and search for water on their own. "We need to be patient" the man said. This is a great story. From that story I realized that our kids /children are just like the trees. (Most of the time) we ask them to learn more and more at a very young age and never /do not care how much they can absorb or how tired they feel. The kids don't know what their goal is or how to achieve it because everything is in their parents' plan /schedule. They are eager to get their independence and develop confidence, they just want their parents to stand by and encourage them and let them run by themselves. Their only wish is to tell their parents : “Trust me, I can do my best, and when I grow up, you will be proud of me, and you will be my best friends.” Every adult, then : be patient. Your kids are just like the little trees, all they really want is beautiful sunshine, fresh air and suitable "water" ; leave the other things to time. Time will give you a perfect result.
We call stories like this ‘fables’. There is a well-known collection of them called ‘Aesop’s fables’, and there are also some in the Bible.
