I am extremely sorry but I just accepted another offer that I feel the working location is more convenient for me . Is this correct and polite ?

'that' isn't correct here. You could use 'where': I am extremely sorry but I just accepted another offer where I feel the working location is more convenient for me . But it would perhaps be better to sat: I am extremely sorry but I just accepted another offer which has a more convenient work location for me.

I'm sorry, but I have decided to accept another offer because the location is more convenient.

Hi Kenneth, This is good, however, I personally wouldn't use the word 'extremely'. I think, for a formal and polite tone, it's a little too ... 'extreme'! I'd say: I'm very sorry (or, 'My apologies') but I have decided to accept another offer, in which the working location is more convenient for me.

I can give you another option of saying it and you can decide if it works for you: ( Say something positive) My apologies but I have accepted a job offer at a different company. (End on a good note by thanking them for their interest in you or something) I think the best policy might be calling them if you intend to write an e-mail. This way you have a more positive outcome in the future if you decide to re-apply. Good luck!
