In English we say, "can you get out of the car".. My Spanish isn't very good, so I hope I understood the Spanish sentence correctly 😝

when referring to departure from a car, in American English the phrases would be :
Are you able to get (out) of the car. (not "down" from the car) // Johnny in Texas USA
