제가 그 정도로 말로 친구들을 많이 괴롭혔습니다" 문장이 나옵니다. 
= I went that far in verbally harassing my friends.
= That is how much I abused my friends verbally.

* 그 정도로 = to that(그) extent(정도). 
(similar to 그렇게 but emphasizes an extent/degree of somerhing)
* 말로 = with words; verbally.
* 괴롭히다 = harass; bully; be mean/cruel to someone. (stronger than 'bother'(귀찮게/성가시게 하다).

친구가 말로 나를 많이 괴롭혔습니다.
= My friend verbally abused me a lot.

말로 타인에게 고통을 주는 것을 언어폭력이라고 한자 = Inflicting pain on others with words is called verbal violence.
