In the summer evenings, I like doing yoga. Yoga always brings my mind into a state of peace.
By doing yoga, I breathe in the fresh air, feeling the beauty of the world. Then I exhale the air in my lungs, releasing my shackled mind. At this point, all the sadness, frustration and confusion are usually discharged from my mind. The palace of my heart suddenly becomes tranquil. At the same time, in the process of doing yoga, I often stretch out my body. As if I had a pair of invisible wings, I'm like a free bird flying over the mountains, rivers and oceans, alternately rising and falling, full of hope, with a destination to all the world's pleasant places. Life becomes so joyous at this moment.
Yoga enables me to enjoy the stretch of my body and the peace within my heart in a simple life. That's why I'm really into yoga.
This was really lovely, Michelle!
The only wording that I am not certain about is "enjoy the stretch of my body." However, I'm having difficulty thinking of the perfect way to write that line. "...enjoy the stretching of my body" or "...enjoy the sensation of my body stretching." or "..enjoy my body as it stretches." ???
Everything else sounds excellent!
