Physical excise makes us better people. Some might say it is challenging to keep it. If you want to change your body, you should keep it for more than six months.
Today I will write about my experience. I keep swimming more than
Five years. It grew deep muscles and gave me strength. Also, swimming is less gravity and cardio excise, which provides good metabolic rate.
After swimming, I feel recharge batteries. It is an effective way to reduce my stress.
I belive physical excice help my sleeping quality.
So I will reallly reconend stick with phsical excise.
