Hey, I know there's a term 'to suit to a T' so can one say: 'He addressed our concerns to a T' or 'Your qualifications match/fit/meet their requirements to a T'

The term is ‘to have/get something down to a T’. Meaning to prefect an activity/practice/skill. Example: While I was in the army, I got my marksmanship down to a T.
