Hello, italki parents! Do you want your kids to be more competitive? How about bilingual or even trilingual? Studies have found that people who possess the ability to speak many different languages have greater success in their life. The community is holding an event #RisingBilingualStar to collect your opinions on learning a second language early in life and your plan for your kids. This event will last for 2 to 3 weeks. You can discuss different sub-topics of language learning for children, and 10 winners will be picked every week. The first week’s topic and participation rules will be announced tomorrow (June 16). I think learning three languages is a minimum, would consider four or five as well as some dialects :)

Yes! That's a great idea! My daughter is almost six and I'm trying to add English to her life. I think it's really important to learn from childhood. Just try to observe kids how they learn their main language in the family. They don't know anything about rules...but they are able to speak. And we can understand them! That is the native way to learn.
