I would say, "I have sent you the documents by email" or "I've sent the documents to your email address".
You could also say, "I sent you the documents in my last email" or "in my email of 19 June".

I have emailed the documents to you
I have emailed you the documents
or please find the documents attached in MY last email.
You can’t say I have send documents in your email.
YOUR email is the one you have received from the person.
