1. After work, what do you usually do? 2. What do you usually do after work? Which sentence structure is better? For sentence number one, should I use full stop or question mark at the end of the sentence?

Both are correct. Both require a question mark. The second question is much more natural and common. Where and when information is usually placed at the end after the subject, verb and object. They can be placed at the beginning, but only for emphasis.
