What's the difference between the 'pegs' and 'hooks'? And how to use the words? Sometimes, I see the words 'pegs' mean clothes pegs but sometimes it seems they have the same meaning. I sometimes even see them are combined to use, like 'peg hooks'. I'm really confused of these words. Could someone tell me the difference? Thanks!

A peg can be straight or curved. But if it's a hook, by definition it must be curved.
