Dear Sir/Madam I´m writing to express my dismay at the service at your hotel “Colonial” on my summer holidays. My friends told me that your hotel was incredible and the amenities were fantastic, but during my stay, this was not the case. We arrived on Sunday, July 12th. It was in the middle of a very hot Summer day. When we first entered the room, we discovered the air conditioning machine was broken. To make matters worse, when we went to use the shower, the water barely came out of the shower head and we had to use the showers in the pool area! On Sunday, the reception desk told us that the problems had been repaired by the workers, but that was not accurate. This was such a horrible experience that we cut our vacation short after just 2 days and returned home on Monday. Just to be clear: we were charged for 7 days and only stayed for 2.
