Can anybody please make any corrections with my essay? Thanks! Dear Sir/Madam I´m writing to express my dismay at the service at your hotel “Colonial” on my summer holidays. My friends said to me that your hotel was incredible and the services of this was fantastic, but in my opinion it has not been like that. We arrived on Sunday 12 July and it was very hot. When we enter in the room it was very hot and the air conditioning machine was broken. After, we went to have a shower, and very little water come out.We had to go to the pool. On Sunday they told us at the reception that the fault had bee repaired by the workers, but it wasn`t true. On Monday we returned to our house because the hot in the hotel was horrible, and we paid for 7 days when we were two days. I hope you can take steps to make sure this mistake does not happen again. Your faithfully Paula

Dear Sir/Madam I´m writing to express my dismay at the service at your hotel “Colonial” on my summer holidays. My friends told me that your hotel was incredible and the amenities were fantastic, but during my stay, this was not the case. We arrived on Sunday, July 12th. It was in the middle of a very hot Summer day. When we first entered the room, we discovered the air conditioning machine was broken. To make matters worse, when we went to use the shower, the water barely came out of the shower head and we had to use the showers in the pool area! On Sunday, the reception desk told us that the problems had been repaired by the workers, but that was not accurate. This was such a horrible experience that we cut our vacation short after just 2 days and returned home on Monday. Just to be clear: we were charged for 7 days and only stayed for 2. This does not seem right or fair. My hope is that these problems can be remedied. Feel free to contact me if you need any further details or if I can provide any additional information. Sincerely, Paula
