In a traditional indian household we get up early in the morning on our birthday and take a bath. Then we are advised to go to temple and take blessings of God and then of our parents. On that day it is said that we should prepare some special cuisine with sweet dish compulsorily and then we should offer it to the God and then to serve it to our friends, family and neighbours. With the new trends, we like many others in the world celebrate our birthday with cake and partying outside with friends.

Nice paragraph, mind if I make a few suggestions? "we...take baths." "Then," "On that day," "with compulsory sweet dishes," "and then, we should offer it to the God..." "with the new trends, we, like many others in the world..." Well done, Sharry! Feel free to check out my profile and learn an English lesson from me. :)
