This does not make sense by itself.

we use it in Stiuatian when you you to sit in a way that you are giving your back to some one ,we are not talking of course about  cinema or a theatre.

I see a lot of confusion here.  I could be wrong, but is it possible the phrase was actually,

“Excuse me, my bad!”

If so, it’s an apology.

Never heard of it.   I don't think it's a common expression.  It might make sense depending on context.
