Here in Ecuador there some important festivals. Right now on November 3rd people get used to celebrate Cuenca independence day, during this holiday there some free concerts and dance. Cuenca is one of the most traditional cities in Ecuador but this holiday usually join to "All soul's day" celebrate on November 2nd we usually eat Guaguas de pan, which are dolls made of bread that are eaten together with Colada Morada, a warm and sweet brew made with different berries and only prepared at this time every year. #AmazingFestival

The guaguas de pan are very cute! For this writing exercise, it was only possible to reply with a "comment" (instead of a correction). To draw your attention to the changes I made, I added a little * (an asterisk) before the places where I changed words or added additional words. (Good news -- not very many changes were needed!). ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Here in Ecuador there some important festivals. Right now, on November 3rd, people * usually celebrate Cuenca Independence Day.
