We should not blame people because of being "victims" of impulse purchase. And I say "victims" since all these products are there to draw society's attention; it is their unique purpose. Not everyone is aware of how companies use tricks to engage customers. Maybe it sounds depressing but most of the times you aren't who takes the decission of buying something, marketing takes, though. However, what people consider is impulse purchase is just the tip of the iceberg, because when we think about impulse purchase we simply imagine a person buying clothes, and other products that anyone can find at any shopping center. The reality is all of us are constantly being drawn by products which pretend being other thing. Social networks, streaming platforms, games, cars, restaurants and almost everything is a product. In my opinion, all these things are there entertaning us, making people get addicted to entertainment. If you think about it, you will realize you are spending (wasting) most of your time using these products. The questions are: is it bad? Should we accept this? The answer is: It depends of having goals to achieve. I'm sure a made many mistakes. I will appreciate any correction! Thank you :)
