Is the context that your friend is having a 20th birthday? If so, we could say, I wish you the best on your 20th (birthday) or I hope you have a great 20th (birthday).

I agree with Peter. You can also say 'I wish you all the best on your 20th' or 'Wishing you (all) the best on your 20th'.
