I know the verb and noun of word process have different pronunciations. I'm wondering how to pronounce processing and processed. Anyone can tell me?

The verb 'process' has 2 meanings. Only one is pronounced differently to the noun. When the verb has the stress on the first syllable (like the noun), these words also have the stress on the first syllable. When the verb has the stress on the second syllable, these words also have the stress on that syllable

Note that the second verb form mentioned by Claire is British. Americans do use a related word with a stress on the second syllable though- procession. The funeral procession tied up traffic in the city.

I think he was referring to the fact that many words have different pronunciations when they are nouns compared to verbs. For example : i have a record. Vs: I'm going to record this. The emphasis is different. But with "process" the pronunciation is irregular.
