I think when you communicate with other , you should be yourself , honest and you should respect your partner like you r communicating yourself ... maybe .. 
in the other hand, the definiton of communication , when the person think he is communicating with himself , "self talk" ; and communication with others is a sort of communication , so you shoul express your own Idea

I don't understand what it means. To me, a good conversation is not just about telling another person what I think, but also about exploring and finding out what I think. In that sense I'm to some extent thinking out loud, which I suppose could be considered communicating with myself.
