British accent elite reporting in. 

In Brazil it's much more common people learn the American accent, but I prefer the British one, then I try to get this accent. I don't know about the rest of the world, but I believe in America it's more common the American one and in Europe it's more common the British one.

From my standpoint , I prefer the British one ,cuz I think it very gentle and official , but when I was young , I mainly learn American accent , I am struggling with my accent now , it's a tough journey.
