Is there someone who have reached their advanced lvl already? Please, share your experience. What methods have you employed and what are specific rules and instructions you followed. 

My problem is that i stuck on my intermediate lvl and i don't know how to overcome that stagnation. I've read something about that in the article. If i'm not mistaken it's called the Plateu mode. This is a particular state when you feel that you stop growing and advancing. You stil do read, watch, speak, listen but there's no effect. I don't know what to do. I try my best by it's like banging on the wall.
