Best ways to learn Japanese

Hello! I have been studying Japanese for a little over 2 months now, and I don't really feel I am getting anywhere in my studies. (I know it's only been two months but I have tried to study every day). I can begin a conversation but then once I get to asking how someone is doing I don't know how to say anything else. I would like to know your ideas on how I should be going about learning Japanese or if you are learning Japanese how you are going about learning and if you think your way is helping you. I just feel like I am getting no where and I want to feel like I am getting better every day.

Thank you :)

Feel free to message me if you are able to help my with my studies and if you need I can help with your English!! :)

Japanese has another type of logic. For me, it took two years before I could say something real. Be patient and just keep going on. Enjoy kanji's, enjoy manga, enjoy anime with English subtitles, enjoy eating with chop-sticks.

私のアメリカ人の友だちは、日本のマンガが大好き。マンガの話をするときは、日本語がとてもうまい。

なにか好きなものがあれば、それを日本語で学んだらいい。それが一番たのしい。

My American friend loves Japanese manga. When he talks about manga, his Japanese is very good. If you have a Japanese something you love, you should learn with it. It's the most enjoyable. Feel freely to text me, if you have any questions about Japanese.  I'm happy to help you.

Currently, I'm using the tips on the link below and I'm trying to memorize simple words as i have a zero knowledge on the language (honestly, it was really hard [emoji][emoji][emoji] but i know it would b effective in learning the language). Hoping this would help you. Also, one of the highly recommended book for beginners is genki1 and 2. The books might help for you to have a guide.

I think studying as much vocabulary as possible will be helpful for changing basic conversation topics. In addition to language exchanging with partners. I found the pimsleur Japanese mp3 lessons so helpful there might be some of those on youtube. Good luck! ^_^
