Do you know how to fix a red number bug that shows up even if there's no new action happened?

I doubt if it has something to do with the browser's cache, for I face the same problem using my cell phone. Has anyone had the same problem and gotten over it?

I am talking about red false "notificatins". I call red false notifications all notifications which appear even if there is no any Italki activity connected to my personal actions (for example , there is no comment on my topic but i receive red false notification)
Regular (not false) notifications disappear right away . (as you said).
Red false notifications dont annoy me (only when I am in bad mood))

I ignore it. The next day it always disappears.

Dont pay so much attention to it. There are so many odd things in our life that make us to be nervous. Dont write down one more item on your list of irritating things.
