First of all I would like to mention the fact that, many Turkish-learners who speak Germanic languages as their native language tend to stress on the wrong syllables when speaking, but I when listened to you reading that text I thought that you were so good at pronouncing some specific words that I would have believed you were from Turkey if I heard you pronouncing only them!

You can definitely try to talk a bit slower and try to remember that Turkish vowels are very short.

Personally, I like focusing on one specific dialect when I learn a new language but I guess that is not really possible with Turkish. Although, I talk to my friends and family in my dialect, it is considered somewhat "outdated" / "old fashioned" to speak Turkish with a dialect. This is not necessarily a bad thing as it sounds more natural at times. What I am trying to mean is that you can pronounce some words in ways that people from İstanbul would pronounce them in their daily lives. Like, instead of saying:

- gidecek--------- gidicek (or "gitçek" I would say it that way)

-The r at the end of verbs when conjugated in the third person singular in present tense are either pronounced as very soft "r"s or not pronounced at all (in cities like Ankara, Konya). Like gidiyor would become "gidiyo". (PS The "r" is dropped in many dialects even when it's conjugated in other persons. Like "yapıyorsun" would become "yapıyosun" in Istanbul and the rest of Turkey. And if you want to sound like you're from İç Anadolu you could even shorten it to "napıyon")

Quite understandable. And correct pronounciation of Arabic loanwords (long vowels, Turkish words doesn't have any) surprising. But yes you do have mistakes.

You mostly read the words on syllabelic basis. I mean everyone reads like that but... you pause longer than us. We don't pause that long except final obstruent devoicing cases. Turkish is much more fluid.
