How to not feel tired when gets up in the morning? It’s a very general question but I feel really tired everytime I wake up recently

Hi,

if you go to bed just after eating, your stomach should work very hard and he needs blood which should actually be pumped up to your brain to bring oxygen while sleeping. Avoid eating very late, even if you feel hungry. To eat more next morning is much better.<em></em>

I was having the same problem you've described. I had to change some bad habits, but I don't know if you have some of them. Well, I had to stop using the cell phone when I was turn off the light, and then have sleep. Now, when I get up, I don't look at my cell phone after a  while, The most important thing, I drink a glass of water. Trust me! That simple glass of water will make you feel so good. You also have to consider at what time you go to sleep...

Hi,

Do you sleep at least 8 hours?

Do you go sleep before 11 p.m.?

Do you have dinner before 8 p.m. ?

Do you drink last time before 9 p.m.?

Do you have rest from computer and TV at least an hour before you are going to sleep?

Do you drink 1.5 - 2 litters of water during a day?

Do you have heavy food for dinner? 

Do you eat a lot for dinner?

Answering to these questions can help you to understand your problem. In any case it is better ask a specialist

Thank you so much for your time to answer. I really thought it’s a general question and no one would answer it but the result is amazing here . @ Juan yes I really need to arrange time for sleeping suitably and it’s impossible to be pregnant for me now lol

@Franco doing excercise something that I always want to improve since i‘m very lazy for that.

@Olga I have considered your ideas long time ago but it’s really hard to have time for dancing class or swimming since I have worked and studied too

@Luisa I will try doing as you said it’s a good one 

@Anthony but I still feel tired even I wake up in the same routine 

@Sachito I got into the hospital because of eating too late everyday before so I don’t dare to do that anymore, I’m sure I barely eat before going bed

This sound obvious. But I sometimes go to bed at 9 PM and wake up around 4-5 AM

Whatever your nightly routine is, save it for the morning. 

Even IF you sleep in for two hours, it's still only 7AM. You're golden.
