What do you REALLY eat at breakfast ?

Hi ! I'm new here. I would like learn lots of things from people all around the world. So I have a question : what do you REALLY eat at breakfast ?

I'm french and I know some stereotypes. Few french people eat the "real" french breakfast (egg, coffee, "pain au chocolat" ...), so I think it's same for the other countries.

Sorry for my mystakes, I'm learning ! :)

Well that depends if I live alone or with someone. I used to have the prefect breakfast with my mom inculding eggs , vegetables and freash juice. Now I live by myself and my breakfast is just anything that left in the freezer and can be microwaved.

All my life, i skipped breakfast, Just drank a glass of water after waking up and headed on to do my business. I just don't feel hungry right after waking up. Usually takes a few hours for the hunger to kick in. I can go a whole 8 hour shift without needing to eat anything.

But, on the rare occasions that i do eat breakfast, It's usually traditional Pakistani breakfast "Halwa Puri". Fried wheat with chickpeas gravy. Or a chicken cheese Paratha.

From the USA here. Monday through Friday I eat a croissant, yogurt and coffee. I am a creature of habit and like to eat the same thing every morning. On the weekends, since I'm not working those days, I will try to make something better like french toast and scrambled eggs.
