Is this correct? I want to say 'He/she/you bought us a dog and a bird.'

Is this correct?

Nos compró un perro y un pajaro.

----

How about 'Our father bought us a dog and a bird.'

Is this correct?

Nuestro padre nos compró un perro y un pajaro.

@Alberto

Gracias. Indirect and direct object pronouns are so difficult to grasp for me.

Usually native Spanish speakers don´t say: nuestro padre nos compró... Is more natural to say: Mi padre nos compró un pájaro y un perro. But anyway both are correct.
