Correct spelling is 'joke', not 'jock'.
The (British) counselor says his wife is from Arkansas, but he has mispronounced the name of the state. Meghan corrects him, "Arkansas?" [AR-kən-saw] The counselor thinks she has sneezed, and says "Bless you".
