The views about getting married Have you ever thought about getting married ? During my grandmother's generation, people got married even at fifteen years old and my mother is got married at twenty years old, now i about my generation all my friends about 25-30 years old are mainly married with children so i often asked myself " is it time to get married?"

But if you go to some big cities you can always meet some 30-35 years old not married it's seems like a common things And i know in many countries in europa a lots old people are never married they didn't even think about having children, i know the world is changing and many developing countries will be like this

And you ? And how is it in your country ?

Hey!

Yeah also here in Slovakia people used to get married when they were just 17/18, but now they "want more time" to find the best partner. Also young people want to enjoy their lives before they get responsibilities.

But in fact I think people don't need to get married to love each other.

My opinion :)

I feel like the more options in life you have, the less emphasis one places on marriage. Maybe it's about the number of things to distract us from considering the primal urge to procreate. Technology seems to be the chief reason behind this. This trend should continue as access to knowledge becomes increasingly more accessible to everyone. Delaying marriage is definitely more accepted than ever. We look to the group to judge our own actions. The more we see it done, the more we deem it appropriate.

It is not just about the country, but where in the country!

For example:

I live in Serbia, and in the big cities there are many unmarried people in their late 20s - early 30s (or even sometimes 40s). Who are doing their own thing, are not even considering marriage, and that is totally normal.

But when I went more south, I was often asked if I was married and whether I have children (they thought I was 15.) And when I said: "no" they started offering me their sons and grandsons as suitors.

Also...

From my knowledge, religious people on average get married younger than non-religious ones.

These days you don`t have to get married when you want to live with your love. The people don`t judge you for that as in the past they did.
