We are in desperate need or a movement as you said to convince people to use
punctuation in the first place :P Accepting punctuation and loving it would be great ;)
I get text messages that has no punctuation at all! Needless to say I suffer reading
them because I have no idea when a sentence starts or ends! Sometimes the whole
context changes without punctuation!
I've never heard of interrobang ‽ until now though. Very interesting :)
Thank goodness, there is an inverted interrobang. I was worrying about Spanish speakers.

The combination of a character with a stroke through it looks rather like some kind of currency symbol; $, ฿,₵, ₲, €. Perhaps the interrobang would be a good currency symbol for a country with a dubious currency.
The percontation point, a reversed question mark later referred to as a rhetorical question mark and used at the end of a question that does not require an answer—a rhetorical question. Its use died out in the 17th century.
