Are we all in the yellow submarine? My idea is simple. I often see that members of the site swear at each other because of trivialities. It's sad. In contrast of this I ask all of us  to send me a request to add you as my friend. Let it be just a goodwill gesture of kindness and peace. Like a handshake.
I promise to add everyone. You will not obliged me anything. I will always happy to meet you in my city in real life if you ever come here.
Let's be friends!

@Marcin and Irena

I couldn’t agree more. This place is for language learning. So, topics for all levels should be allowed. If someone doesn’t like a topic he/she can just ignore it.

Good remark Sergey.
This place used to be very nice two months ago. There were nice discussions for everyone's level and most people were kind. After a few unpleasant arguments and mass banning of members, people showed their solidarity with banned ones what was very nice too. And suddenly something has changed. I see otherwise nice and clever people discussing the level of other members' discussions, and complaining that too few people want to participate in those where advanced level and specialist vocabulary is needed. I dream if we could only erase past two months and see this site like it was before.
I will send you request in a few minutes if I'm still allowed to do it.

Am I the only one who thinks that Sergey and Marcin look like twin brothers?

@Marcin

Oh, yes, I know what you mean. SHL posted a video about the Skinner-Chomsky debate. Quite an interesting video, but obviously, only a relatively small number of people on this forum can really participate in a discussion like that. And it's just not helpful to complain about people starting discussions on simpler topics that are more approachable to people whose English level is slightly lower.

Ah, well. I think the forum is just about toast. Also, good point, Marcin, about not many people being able to participate in discussions that require advanced and specialist vocabulary.
