I do, Sarah :) I always feel home in campus. I mean any campus!
First time I felt that was when I visited my elder sisters in their dormitory inside their campus.
Then during my law studies, then while working at another university, and I feel it every time I
walk into any university, even if it's one that I've never studied or worked in. It just feels home :)
My 2nd choice would be libraries, and 3rd choice is bakeries :D I also feel home in these places.
Being on an empty bus always makes me feel good. I often sit in the back of the bus, open the window, and listen to my favorite songs.
I’m going to be annoying:) as I don’t feel being at home in my country.
I would say Australia, as I like this country; however, I was disappointed this year.
Perhaps it’s more about certain people around. Also, it could be church in some extend.
Mumtaz,
You never stop surprising me<3
i’m not “ a campus person “ but I had this experience recently when I was trained for skydiving.
We slept in a tent, had no phones, were “ treated” as soldiers. Even our food was as for soldiers (I’ll send some pics).
It was my deliberate choice as I could get a kind of “ a luxury package”:) No regrets. Had fun:)
