Canada or a Scandinavian country probably.
They're nice, clean civilised places with a good standard of living, fairly low crime rate, and a state which treats its citizens decently.

in my opinion the best country is Canada. yes i know it is snowy and cloudy most of the time. but it is a vast country with low population. in the result it has a wilderness , unique nature and a lot of opportunity to have job. All Canadian are emigrant so the racism is in low.
