You can keep talking to others in English whenever possible.thats the way you get to learn new vocabulary, pronunciation and much more about  the language.

I agree with the previous comment, the reason we learn new languages is to understand native speakers and let others understand you. So you need to practice in conversation in the foreign language. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to be interesting and comfortable with. So the best practice is to think in a foreign language because we think first before speaking. Just think for yourself. And it would be better to record what you say and listen to it. And one more important thing is not to forget to have fun! Listen to tour favorite songs, watch interesting movies! And never give up!
