when we use will and when we use would? is there a big difference between them in using in English language?

When asking a question: Would/Will you do this? There is virtually no difference. However when you answer I will, it is a certain answer, where as answering "I would" would be uncertain, and usually would mean that you will do something under a certain condition.

There is more to it than that, but that is all I can think of at the moment
