Now I'm using a textbook for beginners which is written in Japanese. But as for the listening training, it's really hard to find good source. If you know any web-site which contains audio file fo beginners, kindly let me know.
But anywsys, I always enjoy to study Serb. here and there, everwhere a lot.

јутро (noun, singular, neutral gender) => добро (appropriate adjective declination)
Добро вече! (Good evening!)
вече (noun, singular, neutral gender) => добро (appropriate adjective declination)
Добра вечер! (Croatian, but it can be heard in Serbia, too) (Good evening!)
вечер (noun, singular, female gender) => добрa (appropriate adjective declination)

дан (noun, singular, male gender) => добар (appropriate adjective declination)

Nouns and adjectives change in Serbian language through different cases and genders. If the noun is in singular or plural also place a part like in Russian and other Slavic languages. It's comparable with German language, too, but this language has less cases. Aspect is another characteristic of adjectives, but in this case it's not that important since we are speaking about commonly used phrases.
