English proverbs about the benefits of travelling Hi every one, what are the english proverbs that you know about the benefits of traveling and getting in touch with other cultures ?
In Arabic we have a quote from Imam Ali peace be upon to him:

"Go to other nations and ask for the highest knowledge
and travel because when traveling there is five benefits
Healing a disease and finding life resource
getting knowledge, learning good manners and meet with
a brave companion"
