Question/s that boggle your mind.

We all have questions inside our head that leave us scratching our noggin' from time to time.

The question that bothers me is that why did the Brain name itself "The Brain".? What ulterior motives did the brain have while choosing this name for itself? It is the center piece of our existence, which allows us to experience this universe the way it is meant to be experienced. And i'm left puzzled thinking about this phenomenon, if somebody can explain down below, it would be pretty rad.

Do you have any inane questions on your mind that leave you flabbergasted and awestruck? Please share them with me and let's all be puzzled together.

The brain named itself "brain" in honor of the famous British neurologist Walter Russell Brain (1895-1966), author of Brain's Diseases of the Nervous System.

Mark... I wasn't really expecting any answers to any of my odd questions. But I do agree with your comments even though there is no way of knowing with any degree of certainty. Nonetheless, I did enjoy reading your responses.

OK... first things first...

Questions:   Why did the Brain name itself "The Brain"?
Answer:        Because the word butt was already taken, as in "You're sitting on your brain butt".

Intriguing questions:

- How high is up?

- How much is too much?

- Which end is up?

- In five billion years our sun will burn out - then what?

- If the universe is finite, then what's on the other side?

- Whatever possessed Suleman to ask such strange questions?

Here are some inane questions that leave me awestruck:

Why are they called buildings if they are already built?

Why are they called apartments if they are not apart?

But a more serious awestruck question that science cannot answer:

If your body produces new cells (all different ones at different times) why do we grow old?

If nothing's impossible, is it possible for something to be impossible?
