I think I have the method that you can concern to use. I know your situation that you mentioned in the status, and I think I'm a kind of person like you. But now, I can control mysefl better. Beforehand, I want to ask you a question, Have you ever readed a book named "How to stop worrying and start living" by Dale Carnegie. In the book, he said that if you was worrying about something, you just sit down, took a paper and wrote some suggestion following by:
- I have to force yourself to wonder that: "What is the worst thing you will have if you just keep doing?".
- Preparing for the worst thing about finance, emotion, relationship ...
- How to improve the worst thing to be better?
If you accept that you are not perfect, if you can't show your everything you have, you will lost everything. Now I also have trouble about verbalizing, but I have change myself because I know I have values and my ability is useful.
You ignore your concernment and limit thinking alot, you just go straight ahead. For 1 week, 1 mouth ... you look at yourself, you will realize that you will be more confident and your value is richer.
