I will Visit Bangkok next week for three days. Only speak Chinese and English. Would it be Okay in Bangkok?

I will Visit Bangkok next week for three days. 

However, I only speak Chinese and English(with Chinese Accent). Not a single word of Thai at all. Do average people in Bangkok understand English well?

Should I translate some common sentences in Thai first like,"where to get water", "where's the restroom?"  before my visit?
