how can i find or search for partners here i found only teacher teacher

Newgirl, as David said, there is "Language Partner" search.
Unfortunately many of those people are inactive or already have partners. Usually when men (who don't speak English) write to people whom they find in "Partner Search", not many people answer them.
Maybe women and English speakers have more success.
But there is another way. Usually people who came to the site only recently don't have many partenrs and are more enthusiastic.
Also you can look at people who write in Notebook, Answers and Discussions sections and write to those people who could make good partenrs.

Click on Community, then on Language Partners. From there, you can search for language partners learning your Language.

if you are using italki via mobile follow these steps in order to find a language partner section -> if you want to find a language partner just go to your My Contact and then press on ( + ) . you will find 2 options Find Teacher - Find language Partner , and then choose what language are you learning , you will find many people who are willing to help you and practice with you.
But if you are using italki from PC you can follow this step -> go italki Home and on the top of the site there's Community. on this option you will find Discussion - Answers - Articles - Find Language partner - Notebook.. etc.
