What,re you doing when you feel ‌depressed and exhausted? Some days you work hard and it doesn,t come true and after that you really feel exhausted and depressed.
What,s your suggestion for these days to feel better?
Some times for feeling better I listen to music and reading books and excercising. But this time none of them help me.

- Regular exercise is very important for the mental healt

- Make sure to talk with someone trusted to share your thoughts and feelings

- make sure to know or do something new daily

- have quality time with friends / family

- learn new skill you always wanted to learn

- plan your day

- don't forget to have fun and going out with friends or watching films

Having a purpose in life is important.  Your purpose could be family, a job that you love doing, or worshipping and serving God.  Whatever it is, find the right purpose in life to make you happy.

---- Sometimes you just have to lie down and rest. Music and reading stimulate your mind too much when you are tired, and exercise over-stimulates your body. You only have so much eneregy so if you become very exhausted mentally you can't do physical things. If you are too exhausted physically you can't do mental things.

I find singing can help. Not only do you get the uplift of the music, but you actually get more oxygen circulating in your system thanks to the big breaths you need to take. It's a sneaky way to get exercise. You can even raise your arms to add to the self-expression.
