It is a very easy process to cancel a package. If you look on your <font style="background-color: yellow;">Package Detail </font>page (which list the number of classes in the package) you will find the:  <font style="background-color: yellow;">  </font><font style="background-color: yellow;"><a class="session-package-status-C" style="outline: 0px; text-align: right; color: rgb(35, 82, 124); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; cursor: pointer; box-sizing: border-box; orphans: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; outline-offset: -2px;" href="" ng-hide="!canCancelPackage" package-next-status="C">Request to terminate package</a>.</font>

At that point, double click and submit your request for termination.
