Watch movies and television as your primary means to learn English.
If you want to learn English for international communication don't worry about your accent only worry about clarity of your speech. use a mentor.
If you want to learn English to primarily to speak with native speakers, focus on clarity of speech and slight on accent reduction. again use a mentor.
