Hello can someone please help me.

I wanted to know if there was someplace I could study online formally Portuguese or Italian for a formal certified qualifications, like a full time course. I was hoping that the course would offer full time 30- 40 hours per week of online class/ study load.So that i could meet my country and states requirements to be considered a full time student.
