Hi, my name is Amber. I'm an ABC (American born Chinese), my parents are from Taiwan. I'm looking to improve my Chinese while in the middle of job hunting during this pandemic. I speak and understand Chinese okay, but I feel like my vocabulary and grammar is at an elementary schooler's level. I want to try reading novels to understand sentence flow better. I did something similar back in high school with the first volume of a manga called City Hunter. I feel like that is an interesting way to both learn new vocabulary and learn how to read/write vocabulary that I already know. I would appreciate any suggestions for interesting novels/manga to read (children's books are okay too). Also, feel free to correct errors in my Chinese. Thanks.

(PS. How do you guys normally learn Chinese? What method works for you? )

I am a native speaker of Mandarin grown up, I think to practice your spoken vocabulary or need to accumulate in daily life. I'd like to help you, but I also want to make friends with you. Then you can also help me with my English.亲爱的朋友,一起学习呀

推薦在海外的華人可以使用 Readmoo讀墨電子書
最近剛好閱讀完 「我離開之後 」WHAT TO DO WHEN I'M GONE
漫畫的話我推薦 NANA系列,翻譯的中文譯本也挺步錯的喔。
