Not as much as I used to when I was much younger. I was so hard on myself as a teen and young adult. Over time, I read a lot of books about accepting one's self, or accepting certain situations you can't control. Some advice in these books made sense to me, so I began to stop wasting time being hard on myself for things I can't change or things I didn't want to change (such as things that society thinks I should).
On a daily basis, I certainly give myself a hard time over small things. Like the last night, I opened a vitamin bottle and got a paper cut from the protective paper that is sealed to the bottle's opening. When stuff like that happens, I'll even say out loud: "Oh, good one."
