The common term is reinvent yourself or reinvigorate yourself or revitalise yourself.
You can say 'renew yourself.' if you make it clear from the context you mean the second definition below and not the first. 1 = start again, 2 = give fresh life or strength to.

Similar to renew are revive, regenerate, revitalise,

Note revive is subtlety a little different. We mostly use this word for example when someone has fainted, been knocked out in a boxing match/contest or is shocked/stunned/concussed after any trauma accident or boxing match.

This is not used very often in the U.S.

It's more common to say "reinvent yourself", i.e. - to change your career completely
